I love relaxing with a great sapphic rom com that makes me laugh and swoon at the same time! Here‘s a list of some of my favorite sapphic rom com books...
Jill Savoy finds herself on a road trip in a Winnebago with two old, bickering women and a complete stranger, Shay Macaluso. As their hilarious adventure unfolds, Jill and Shay form a surprising bond. Low angst and full of funny banter.
A fast paced, highly entertaining caper with quirky, offbeat humour and a great cast of characters. Reading a book set in my home town of Melbourne always gives me a kick, and this one was no exception. WARNING: Do not read while hungry, or you will be overwhelmed with muffin cravings (unfortunately Olivia’s muffin shop is not real, or I would have driven across town to sample them).
If you enjoy this, I highly recommend the Australian TV show Deadloch, which also features a lot of queer women and quirky Aussie humour!
A slow-burn enemies-to-friends-to-lovers romance, featuring a sensitive portrayal of grief and many laugh-out-loud moments. This is one of my all-time favourite sapphic romances.
An enemies-to-lovers, fake-dating, age-gap, ice-queen rom com between a flower-hating business woman who buys a flower farm, and the local florist she butts heads with.
A cozy grumpy x sunshine fall-themed sapphic rom com between Blake Mitchell, a gruff local doctor, and Jenny Lynton, a bubbly influencer, who are forced to work together to save their mutual friend's wedding.
